WP 8 Project Management and Coordination

The objective of the WP is the coordination of project activities. 

The three targets are:

1. Project coordination and management through monitoring, controlling, and risk management.

2. Project meetings: Four general project meetings of all partners including the kick-off and the final meeting are planned. The coordinator will be attending two meetings organised by the Core Organic Coordinators.

3. Communication structure: Each work package leader will work closely with the project coordinator and the other project partners.
